Mainland Football is seeking to appoint a motivated, planned and empathetic Adaptive Football Lead responsible for the co-ordination of all Adaptive Football activities, providing positive experiences for a diverse community of disabled participants.
This is a part-time position (0.5 FTE) which will provide the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
The preferred applicant should possess:
- A genuine passion for the development of adaptive sport and the positive impact it can have on participants
- Some experience in Adaptive Sports Delivery
- Personal drive, energy, and self-motivation
- A commitment to providing excellent service to participants
- Ability to work within a team environment that prides itself on its workplace culture
- Honesty and integrity
